I love the competitive aspect I get from running. While road races and skating competitions are inherently different, I have found that setting goals and training for races fuels my competitive nature.
It was an honor to pace for the 10K 0:60 minute goal time at the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in Vegas in 2018. Being a small part of the runners' journeys by helping them run into the finish line within their goal pace was a very special experience.
I enjoy working with runners by helping them build the strength and muscle endurance they need to take their running to the next level. We focus on hip strength, dynamic stretching, core work, and more.
Qualifications: USATF Certified Level 1 Coach
Member of the UNFRGVN Fitness Track Club Marathon Team.
