I have combined my experience as a Senior Level Freestylist, National Champion Synchronized Skater & Team USA member, over 15 years of coaching experience, plus many years as a fitness enthusiast & marathon runner, and forever optimist to bring you the most relevant exercises to improve your skating and become SKATERFIT!

As a former competitive figure skater, I fully understand the pressures that come with skating and sport. It is my mission to encourage my athletes to build their confidence not only in sport but, in life.
I am a life-long fitness enthusiast. When not skating, I can be seen running in marathons, practicing yoga, pumping weights in the gym, or even hanging from the aerial silks in a circus gym. It is my curiosity for movement and fitness that enables me to combine aspects from various disciplines into my SKATERFIT programs to bring you results that work.
Pliability and stretching have many proven benefits for athletes. Using a foam roller pre and post workout can help to retrain our muscles to absorb the impact from training, helps prevent injuries, helps remove blockages so muscles can repair more quickly, to name a few of the benefits. Balancing exercises are also important for injury prevention and rehab for athletes.
There is much research on how our mindset shapes our reality. With a winning mindset, we can set ourselves up for success. From visualization practices to mindset shifts, I work individually with my athletes to focus each athlete on being the best version of themselves.
